I am writing to formally request, under The Code on Access to Information, access to the e-copy of the email correspondence sent by the Education Bureau (EDB) to The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) regarding my case.
As referenced in the reply email I received from the EDB on 11, 17 December 2024, it was mentioned that my complaint content was relayed to HSUHK for investigation and follow-up. I would like to request the exact email or the communication record sent to HSUHK in this regard. Thank you.
